A few weeks before the start of one of the biggest aeronautical events in the world, the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA), in the United Kingdom, Boeing planes are being seen flying in training from the aerial displays for the show.
Images posted on social media on June 30 by a pilot and photographer, taken at Moses Lake, an airport that has Boeing facilities, show that the 777-9 (777X) jet registered under the registration N779XW and the 737 MAX-10 jet. registration number N27752 flew in wing and also performed several maneuvers in solo flight.
In addition to photographic records, histories from online flight tracking platforms show the trajectories taken by the two aircraft, repeatedly from June 30th to this Wednesday, July 6th.
The planes take off, make several turns at low altitude and very close to the airport and then land no more than 10 minutes after leaving the ground. After some time, they depart again and repeat the same flight profile.
The Farnborough International Airshow will again have an in-person edition between July 18 and 22, after two years of suspension due to the pandemic, when virtual activities were carried out.
As a curiosity, the following video shows beautiful scenes from the demonstration display of the Boeing 777-9, the largest twin-engine aircraft ever built in history, recorded at the most recent edition of the Singapore Airshow, in February this year.
