The trip to a paradise island always refers to an itinerary of exclusive experiences in an intimate environment. Reserved is the word you are looking for and, when the arrival at the destination starts unexpectedly, the guarantee of memorable moments becomes intrinsic.
This is what happens to travelers who take off aboard the Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander, operated by the airline Anguilla Air Services, which connects the international airports of the famous island of Sint Maarten (the Dutch side of the island that is shared with France, whose side is called Saint Martin) and the island of Anguilla, both in the Caribbean.
With less than 10 minutes, this connection leads the ranking of the shortest international commercial flights in the world. The service does not require any on-board service, both for the short duration and for the show due to the breathtaking view of the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.
The flight, on a path that measures about 19 km in a straight line, has a maximum capacity of 10 passengers and has already become a tourist tour in its own right in the region.
The following two videos show the complete journey. The first one presents from the departure in the Sint Maarten yard to the take-off and part of the flight. In the second, there is the continuity of the flight to the stop in the Anguilla yard.
